We had a great experience at Plaza Veterinary Hospital with our Doberman, Bailey. She is typically very anxious at the vet and groomer, and she’s especially protective of her paws, so we expected this visit to be difficult. Instead, the entire staff was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with her.Dr. Thomas was friendly, down to earth, and answered all of our questions. She made us feel comfortable from the beginning and never made us feel rushed. We left feeling reassured and confident in Bailey’s care.What impressed us the most was how well Bailey responded to everyone. She allowed the staff to handle her, trim her nails, and even carry her onto the scale, which is something we never would have expected. It was obvious she was treated with patience, compassion, and genuine care.We are very grateful to Dr. Thomas and the entire (super friendly) team at Plaza Veterinary Hospital. Plaza Veterinary Hospital has always done a wonderful job of taking care of my dog, Berry.
